她用norton 查毒是在WINNT发现叫 Backdoor.kavar的病毒，而norton不能自动修复，请问该怎么办？删去会影响windows 吗？
另外她的电脑不能关机，请问是为什么？

1. Update the virus definitions, run a full system scan, and delete all files that are detected as Backdoor.Kavar. Delete the file %windir%\Kervar3232.ini.
2. Delete the value
Kervarsystem %windir%\kv3000v.exe
from the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
2. Delete the value
Kervarsystem %windir%\kv3000v.exe
from the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
