This is to avoid the home team to have low-ping advantage. Currently, I'd talked to [Fragnetics] and here is the reply I received. ------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Feelite, Our public server at 203.81.47.74:27016 is open for testing and is available for rent. It is loaded with CS1.6 and has no plug-ins installed at the moment. If you're looking to test the ping rate it would be best that you join that server and have your players play there to see if the quality matches your requirements. We will be upgrading the system from midnight to 2am later today so it would not be available in that short period.
