上班打车,第一天早上下单选了Standard Taxi,下车后电邮收到的账单是$16.55。
第二天早上在洗手间顺手看了一下信用卡记录,赫然发现收费是$20,立刻截图发给Grab,问他们怎么回事,15分钟后收到回复,说是预扣款,过后会调整成实际费用。
Allow us to explain that there is a payment authorization which is a hold of funds (not an actual charge) on the consumer's account to ensure that there are sufficient funds to be charged at the end of the ride and also a verification on the payment method.
Payment authorization is done when a consumer requests a booking. Once the trip is completed, the authorization will become a charge.

想想这事不靠谱,叫车前先卸载了信用卡,同样选了Standard Taxi,下车付现$18.82,司机给的收据是$18.82,电邮收到的是$19.82,也是对不上。
第三天装回信用卡,选Standard Taxi,收费、账单、信用卡扣款一致,都是$17.8。说明预付款一事并不是常态,可能是借口!
再查信用卡收费清单,看到Grab把$20拆成了两笔,一笔$16.55,一笔$3.45,加一起20,数学不错,但原则错误。截图发给他们,问$3.45是怎么回事?
接下来就是扯皮,和他们之间来来往往共7封电邮,客服打来两次电话,最后的结论是,在他们的终端系统看到的收费是$16.55,可我的账单上收费是$16.55+$3.45,真是有理说不清。

看到这封最后通知,立刻下载了zig,绑定信用卡,星期一换个公司试试。
细思极恐,大多数人会看收据,很少有人会查银行账单,如果系统总是悄悄乱收费,被发现后又不能真正解决,Grab岂不是积少成多,收了很多不该收的钱?
这不是$3.45的事,是心里不爽,失去了信任。
