Grab收费系统出问题上班打车,第一天早上下单选了Standard Taxi,下车后电邮收到的账单是$16.55。
第二天早上在洗手间顺手看了一下信用卡记录,赫然发现收费是$20,立刻截图发给Grab,问他们怎么回事,15分钟后收到回复,说是预扣款,过后会调整成实际费用。
Allow us to explain that there is a payment authorization which is a hold of funds (not an actual charge) on the consumer's account to ensure that there are sufficient funds to be charged at the end of the ride and also a verification on the payment method.
Payment authorization is done when a consumer requests a booking. Once the trip is completed, the authorization will become a charge.
Please be informed that we have released back the Pre-authorization amount.
We suggest you refer to the official bank statement for further clarity if there are charges imposed.
想想这事不靠谱,叫车前先卸载了信用卡,同样选了Standard Taxi,下车付现$18.82,司机给的收据是$18.82,电邮收到的是$19.82,也是对不上。

今天早上用Zig叫车,同样的时间,同样的路程,同样的出租车,到公司的路费是$13.8,真是不比不知道,一比吓一跳,差额有点大啊!
立刻卸载了Grab软件,通知家里人,以后就别用了,乱收费,不值得!
