Grab收费系统出问题上班打车，第一天早上下单选了Standard Taxi，下车后电邮收到的账单是$16.55。 第二天早上在洗手间顺手看了一下信用卡记录，赫然发现收费是$20，立刻截图发给Grab，问他们怎么回事，15分钟后收到回复，说是预扣款，过后会调整成实际费用。 Allow us to explain that there is a payment authorization which is a hold of funds (not an actual charge) on the consumer's account to ensure that there are sufficient funds to be charged at the end of the ride and also a verification on the payment method. Payment authorization is done when a consumer requests a booking. Once the trip is completed, the authorization will become a charge. Please be informed that we have released back the Pre-authorization amount.
