regular module 一般是你faculty里面的课程！除了你自己department 的课程以外， 可以作为faculty requirements or Unrestricted Free Electives (not UE)!

至于UE(unrestricted electives) belongs to ULR, 是指你faculty以外的module！有点类似 CFM！
