Deep learning 可以Machine is able to learn knowledge by itself and learn it quickly. It is said that DL is a subset to ML and DL is an advanced ML. But I dont think DL is part of ML. Anyway If u know python and API, download microsoft CNTL and try to build yourown ML and DL under 64bits Windows or Linux. If u dont have time in programming or u r senior IT management, just quickly go to IBM Watson and try to build your customized AI. Have fun.
