This is the website where Chinese court would publish court documents as part of the movement to improve transparency in judicial process. If you know Chinese and are interested, this is a great website.
Under the ‘Administrative Litigation’ tab, there are 372,279 cases just in the year of 2018. After the People’s congress revised the law regulating administrative litigations, there has been over 200,000 cases filed occured between government agencies and private citizens or entities every year. The government wins sometimes, the private citizens wins sometimes.
There is also another website of Chinese courts where they livestream trials.
