His acts, dubbed "heinous" by the judge, were uncovered when he bought contraceptive pills for his daughter as he feared she could get pregnant. The 45-year-old man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of his daughter, was sentenced to 21 years' jail and 24 strokes of the cane on Thursday (Oct 14).
