RCCB(漏保）的使用年限一般是不规定的，根据经验，十年以上不出问题的RCCB有很多，但也不是绝对。最近遇到一个RCCB是两年而已，就出现了问题。

作为新加坡电工，只能从安全和新加坡的推荐来分享，每个月测试一次，确保它能够跳电就可以。

不合规的改线或者安装本身就是违法的。
当然DIY的现象就没法说了。

根据文章，是这个热水器没有处于RCCB的布线范围。
所以从这个文章，这个案例的问题还存在别的，只是与案件没有关系了。

从这个案例，说明测试RCCB只能测试家里的漏保是否工作，但是不能测试漏保有没有起到保护作用。
