Someone suggested trying to print the word file under acrobat XX, but I don't have that option in my MS Word...

Any other ways?

1. install acrobat, then you can print anything using pdf writer (some kind of virtual printer).

2. a bit troublesome. add a PS printer to your system. print your document to a PS file using that printer. use ps2pdf command in unix to convert to pdf.
