我的电脑不知道从什么时候起， 安装了一个叫hot bar的小软件，现在很难删掉，每
次开机或开ie都会自动出现， 那位大狭可指点一二，不胜感激

Not sure whether this works or not
regedit, then search for "hot bar" "hotbar", and delete all the keys related.
Or under Internet Explorer superkey, enumerate all subkeys, find those that appear to have relation with "hot bar" "hotbar", and delete them.
