some problem..what is ".nl_" file inside the I386 folder? can someone explain me the use of it? thank you very much

Most files in i386 folder of windows installation CD are CAB packages and M$ changed extensions of these packages file to ??_
i.e.
exe -> ex_
dll -> dl_
therefore, if you open the .nl_ file with winrar you may find .nls file.
i.e.
exe -> ex_
dll -> dl_
therefore, if you open the .nl_ file with winrar you may find .nls file.
