this morning i arrived there at 7:10. andfound that there were 50-60ppl queuing already...but the better thing is that after 8am, which is the open hour, i only spent 25mins to wait for my turn to be served...fast ...good... so, the suggestion is that arrive there by 7am, then wait one hour till high commision open, then spend at most 30mins to finish everything! and note to bring: passport, two green card and their photocopy, one current passport size photo, $14!!! that is all!
