急问有关student pass

我的一个朋友（nus 学生）现在在国内，不小心把student pass 丢了。请教各位大虾，怎么办啊，很急！！！先谢过各位了。

don't worry...

firstly email MOE or call them or fix la, then apply a visa when come back. then get a new student pass from SIR. ...

i believe it will be ok..

otherwise, you call the singapore embassy in China la.. ask them ..

by the way, where to apply visa, in China or in Singapore. If no student pass, can return to Singapore?
