马上要离开新加坡了，打电话给M1，要求cancel plan。我签的是1年plan，但是去年手机掉了一次，后来重新办了一张新卡，M1说我的plan从办新卡的那一天算起，所以现在不肯给我cancel，除非我交250块罚款。所以现在打算不管他了，不知道欠费会有什么后果？

M1 sucks...so, better not sign m1 line le....hahahaha. starhub is cheaper and now signal good enough le.
