我用tex2word的原因是我需要把大量的公式转换过来。不知道你说的两种方法对公式管不管用。还有，如何把tex文件转成RTF或者html文件呢。

initially, i thought you need to retain formatting only, and RTF can help you in that, so I suggested converting to RTF and open them in word natively.
