我看不了电影了。怎么办我重新安装了系统之后，就无法使用任何软件播放电影（主要是大的文件，avi格式或者mpeg4的） 无论是realplayer，mediaplayer还是divx都不行。
现象是刚开始可以，但是过了2，30second以后播放软件就自动关闭，而且windows跳出要求报告软件被异常关闭，是否向微软报告的窗口
各位大侠，这是怎么回事？
