我收集的一些资料第一轮不太可能是公司的CEO，很有可能是部门主管，可能会问一些技术层面的问题，这个就由该职位的性质而定，形式会是笔试或口头测试。另外也有可能会询问个人的经历从而反映个人技术能力，比如简述毕业设计，实习等。
如果是大老板interview或者HR manager的话，可能会着重刺探个人的personality或mentality，谈的问题就不怎么拘束了，甚至有可能是闲侃。
