check "Task Manager" to see which process keeps using CPU
btw, if ur os is not just installed, i think i would perhaps be better to search ur computer first with all available tools like Norton Antivirus, Norton Windoctor, Spybot-search&destroy, Ad-aware, HijackThis, etc.
