请教：如何办理外汇储蓄？？？？？急我是SM3的一名新生，最近听舍间说从国内带来的钱都要放到银行里，但POSB不办理外汇储蓄，所以我想在其他银行开个户头， 但上次给中国银行去电话时他们说要用到护照，所以我想问问有没有不需要护照，而用其他证件的银行 可以办理这种储蓄？？？？感谢回复
