- JET SAVER FARE
- This Booking is non-refundable. Cancellations at any time or failure to show up for the flight at least 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure will result in the fare being forfeited.
- Changes to date or time can be made to your Booking if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time by phoning the Jetstar Asia Call Centre, or at the airport, or through the Jetstar Asia Internet web site at www.jetstarasia.com. Passenger name changes are not permitted. Your new fare will be at least the price of the original fare and may be more. This fare difference must be paid when your Booking is changed. Charges will apply.
- Changes via Internet (date or time changes only): S$20 (or equivalent in your local currency) per Passenger per flight segment will be charged for date or time changes, together with the difference between the original fare paid and the fare for the revised Booking made through the Internet. Note: only Bookings initially made via the Internet can be changed via the Internet.
- Changes via the Jetstar Asia Call Centre, or at the airport: A S$30 (or equivalent in your local currency) change fee per Passenger per flight segment will be charged for date or time together with the difference between the original fare paid and the fare for the revised Booking made through the Jetstar Asia Call Centre or at the airport. Bookings made through the Jetstar Asia Call Centre or at the airport will be at least S$5 (or equivalent in your local currency) per flight more than those made through the Internet.
- Changes to the origin and/or destination of travel are not permitted.
- Passengers who do not notify us of changes at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, or who do not fly, will forfeit the entire fare paid.
- Fare is valid for one year from date of booking.
