但是根据新加坡法律 这是违法的。 因为他们没有去 政府申请 一个什么（？ 我也不太清楚） 许可。
如果我们把这件事情捅到 HDB 去， HDB 会对我们有什么惩罚？？？

btw, if this apartment is approved HDB apartment, the owner could rent the whole apartment to you by law, so do check out b4 taking actions.
