问关于租房押金和水电费的问题租的一年房子快到期了,女房东在我租住期间离婚了(租约和押金手续都是她丈夫经手的),而且看来有很严重的经济问题,因为我这里收到给她的一大堆催款通知,所以我很担心到时她无法退还我的一个月押金。
我打算跟她商量用押金抵最后一个月租金,但这不符合和约和惯例,她多半不会答应。另外一个办法就是先不交水电费(以往都是我直接交给power supply),这样三四个月下来能冲销大部分押金费用,损失也就少点。
这里我想问的是,到底水电费拖欠多长时间会断水断电,三四个月算长吗?了解的朋友请帮忙回答一下,谢谢了。

not sure if you registered with Power supply with your name, if it is, u will get bad record from power supply if you 拖欠水电费.
one more thing, the lady landlord should have the tel no. of him who 经手租约和押金手续, communicate with him if he is the person who signed on the contract. ask for a written letter to state that he will return deposit to you or can use deposit as rental, etc... whatever that you can get his agreement and her agreement.
