请问兑取支票是否必须进入Pay后面姓名所开帐户?支票上是Pay后面名字,or Bearer划掉了(这是不是就叫Cross)?
另外,支票后面有Notes表格一张,似乎是领取现金用的?那么为什么说一般不能领取现金呢?
