问一个关于申请PR的状况工作快一年，phd 已经转成part time的，但是因为毕业论文还没完成，所以还没拿到学位。如果现在以本科学历（国内的）来申请pr,可以吗？成功率有多少，谢谢。

not ask for your invitation letter either, since it is meant for those who just graduated and need a temporary EP from ICA while their PR applications are in processing.
