没有收到PR的那封invitatoin letter 然后跑到ICA问人家说我没有被invite我该怎么办？

I did not receive the invitation letter too after graduation.

I just went to ICA directly and inquired my case. The official told me that not all the foreign students from NUS/NTU would receive such letter. However, I got the letter after several days.
