请问谁了解国大或南大的电子专业我有一个朋友托我问一下专业情况。他是国内在读研究生，方向是光纤通讯器件，不知道国大或南大的哪个专业适合他，前途如何？多谢！
Both NTU and NUS have research on optoelectronics.
NUS has a "center for optoelectronics". As I know, most ppl there work more on materials rather than device structure. They have MBE, at least 2 MOCVD systems, and some other machines like ICP and evaporator. There is PL and PA setup also.
