depend on ur needfor professional reliaility, IBM is recomended, IBM is recognised for it's durability. for visual effect and stylish, can condiser Fujitsu, it has the best LCD, and even it used shared video memory, the display is still commentable. for budget-wise, and just normal use, can try acer, it's one of the cheapest acceptable brand. if u got enough budget, and want a VERY stylish one, can try toshiba portage, very slim and light. twinhead also can consider, it has (water) spill-proof key board, and shock resistant design.
