IRAS bills and collects TV Licence fee on behalf of the Media Development Authority (MDA) if you own and stay in your residential property. Property tax and TV Licence fee are payable yearly in advance. At the end of each year, IRAS will send you a combined bill for the following year. You need to pay Property Tax and TV Licence fee for the whole year by 31 January every year if you are not on GIRO.

Please pay your TV Licence fee by 31 Jan every year. A late payment fee of $25 will be levied if payment is not received by the due date and you will receive a Late Payment Advice from MDA.
