求帮忙解答，租房合同，租客违约，没收的押金是否需要一半给中介？自己是房东，找中介租了一套房子出去，LOI和TA已经签了，这两个都没什么大问题。 但和中介的合同上面，中介加了一个附加条款，就是租客违约被没收的押金金额，房东要给一半给中介。感觉不合理，如果是因为租客损坏物品而被没收押金，房东还给一半给中介，那剩下的根本不够维修费啊。 就想问一下，这个是市场正常规则吗？现在和房客的合同都签完了，押金也拿到了。但我中介费还没付中介。
