【万能求助】有人试过给小学生的学生卡充值吗？家里有一年级的小学生，刚拿到学生卡，背面看其实就是一张ezi link卡。但是我试过用银行的atm机，手机的app，都无法充值，交易报错。难道第一次充值需要去mrt站的那个General Ticketing Machine吗？
还是说这卡本身是坏的？刚才在atm那边可以看到里面的余额是0.
