Singtel收site visit fee了吗？
同样网很慢，技术客服啰嗦一通说他们网不慢，是我手机和电脑慢（怼回去了）。最后推荐上门检测，说完全免费。可是预约成功后，收到这个：

For Residential Customers, there will be a $60 service fee if it is verified to be non-Singtel fault or denied access.

也是极其不要脸了。
