【万能求助】租约一年可是入住两个月之后后悔了怎么办？如题。新年之后千选万选选了个只有一个女屋主，自己有单独在外面厕所的房间。看房子的时候，问过女屋主会不会家人常来或者租多一间，当时女屋主原话是小孩子偶尔会来。我也是没问清楚多久算偶尔就认为偶尔应该不是很常，满心欢喜的签约了。
入住两个月发现了偶尔的规律，屋主有两个孙子加照顾孙子的女佣，一周来三天（过夜）。所以在这三天之中，我要和他们共用厕所。另外小孩子很吵闹，在家工作的时候，开会什么的有时候会被高亢的打闹声和吵架声吵到（比如今天 present的时候）
我也曾经隐晦的问屋主孙们来的规律，得到的答案还是偶尔来一下。可能对于她来说这个时间是很短暂的，但是对于我来说一周三天还公用厕所，真的不是我想象中的“偶尔”。
事到如今，签了一年的约，不知道该如何是好。我非常理解老人家寂寞的心情。
但是我本来租这间房就图的是人员简单安静，单独使用厕所。这样频繁的过夜，间歇性打扰到开会，加上之前孙子一家全部中covid，真的让我想要搬家。
我知道孙子一家中covid就在女佣使用厕所的隔天，之后一个星期他们没来，恢复之后就立刻如常regularly visit了。
现在心里很郁闷，可是又说不出。是我小题大做了么？我�
