最近父母入新加坡没有要求填写入境卡Disembarkation/Embarkation (D/E) card，但是长期准证申请需要，这咋整？大家有遇到类似情况吗。谢谢

At the enquiry form, please select 'Others' at Serial No. 4 and let us have the following details or documents at Serial No. 5 and 6 for us to assist you further:-

1) Your date of arrival in Singapore;
2) Your passport number
3) A clear image of your passport biodata page that clearly reflects your name and passport number; &
4) A screenshot of the error message (if available).
