【万能求助】文件认证和领事认证孩子的出生证明要经过Singapore Academy of Law认证，再去签证中心领事认证。可是SAL要求文件必须是original form, laminated不可以。出生证和结婚证这些证件都是laminate过的呀，求经验，怎么认证。。 Please note that documents must be　original versions　and copies are not acceptable.
