here is my expirenceto get into local univercities, u have to get your COM, certificate of merit award when you graduate, to get COM, u have to be within top 5% of your poly. poly result is 60% of your application to univercity. 25% is SAT, 15% is 'o' level results(if you don't have, it is 0). 5% bonus for ECA points. also you have to take an SAT, no need very high, about 1000 plus should be enough, but to be safer a bit, 1200 is good enough. if you didn't get COM, u can also try. for part univercity, also can, and easier. hope you clear about it. good luck
