how to claim for medical fee?请问在外面的诊所（polyclinic or private clinic)看医生能不能到YIH的MEDICAL CENTER claim 呢？ 可以的话 要怎么弄啊？ 谢谢啊

Well, you are encouraged to see doctor in YIH, not outside.
For what i know, you can claim when you see doctor after the office hour of YIH Health Centre, eg, emergency at night.
Bring everything you have to YIH and show the staff there. You can claim the money on the spot.
For first time claim, you can collect maximum 50, means if you go NUH emergency registration, which is 70, you need to pay 20 on your own.
For the subsequent appointment with specialist, you can claim up to 350 per year. Procedure is the same.
