请问一个关于到美国读master的问题我想请问一下，因为我是拿的MOE的full scholarship (SM2），现在在国大EE year 2。我就不是很清楚在读完4年本科课程之后，可不可以先出国读master，再回来为新加坡服务6年？新加坡会不会对我有什么限制？还是还要签什么和约之类的？谢谢
