i also want to ask.I am in yr1, common engineering. Don't know whether it is a good choice to do civil engineering. I guess there may be good opportunities in China, so i hope can first finish 6 years' bond here, accumulating some experience, then go back. wanna ask seniors: how is this idea?

呵呵i am very ignorant on computer things, so i chose civil engineering. your idea sounds nice to me. i can introduce some unrelated things to you. after you enter civil, you will be suggested to choose a direction for you subsequent studying. they are: Transportation & Logistics Infrastructure Systems & Management Project Management Environmental Engineering Hydraulics & Coastal Engineering Structural Protection & Rehabilitation Technology & Materials Infrastructure Design & Development Offshore Engineering Geotechnical Engineering i love structure analysis and i guess you love designing buildings right? then you should choose structure. for the rest, Transportation is something teaches you how to build and maintain a road. Hydralic is what we call 流体动力学 in China. Environmental Engineering is similar with enviromental engineering under chemical engin. Geotechnical Engineering is just soil mechanics(土壤力学） others i don't know. why not we just wait here so year4 friends may give some mo
