国内的手机带到这边可以用，但需要换SIM卡 除非富到天天用移动联通的全球通....
新加坡主要有三家电信公司 Mobile One(M1) Starhub(星展） Singtel（新电信）

首先介绍prepaid（也就是预付费卡，充值卡的资费）
资费目前如下

只是128的卡在m1这里是130，本地话费仍然为100，国际为30。
最后，说到最关键的部分了。
就是一些公司的特别优惠。
singtel 国际发5条赠75条。。当日用完
starhub 发5条本地 赠10条 当日用完 国际短信发5条赠50条当日用完
M1 貌似是没有
这就是真正的差别所在。
主要在于Starhub发5条本地赠10条，这一点上。

在话费上，m1和singtel基本差不多，starhub贵
但是对于短信多的同学，starhub就是最佳的选择了，
以个人来讲，我是到进大学以后才知道starhub这个优惠的，之前一直用的m1，我又属于短信比较多的人
如果开始我停止使用m1 prepaid卡这段时间，我用的starhub，我可以省下接近100块钱。
所以建议是，短信少的，无所谓，可以在第一天就办理m1的prepaid卡
而短信多的，可以有两个选择，
第一，先办理m1的卡，然后再换别的公司的卡，因为卡的钱其实很便宜，换也并不麻烦。
第二，就直接当天不办理手机卡，等过一两天再去办理别的公司的。
PS:如果要办其它公司业务的，要记得把护照复印并保留复印件。因为在办理卡的业务的时候需要用护照实名登记，MOE当天之后护照就会被收上去。
对于对信号要求比较高的同学，可以考虑singtel，但是实际上至少在预科的时候，个人觉得m1的信号虽然略差，但是基本上也没有出现打电话信号没有或者是没信号发不出短信的情况。
另外对于国际话费不够用而本地话费超出很多的同学，可以购买“北京卡”等回拨类卡，工作原理我们不讨论。大概可以用10块钱将100分钟的本地话费都拿来打国际，并且也不影响本地话费的使用。这个到时候来了以后在了解就好。
最后就是，签计划部分，也就是post-pay
同样分三个公司。
每个公司基本上分为两类计划。
第一类是套餐中包含3G上网流量，一般低价位套餐为12G。
第二类是无3G上网流量。
