第四所大学SUTD招收电力系统,控制,优化方向的博士后
SUTD是和MIT合建的第四所公立大学,基本都是年轻教授,科研能力强,学术氛围好。以下是具体的招生广告。有意者可以通过email和两位教授联系。

We seek an individual with an earned doctorate (or nearing completion) in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, operations research, or related areas. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in one or more of the following topics: (1) power systems, (2) optimization and control, or (3) game theory. Successful candidate will be involved in a multi-disciplinary and multi-year research project in the area of smart grid optimization and economics. Topics include, but are not limited to, 
 
(i) the economics and operation of power systems with significant penetration of intermittent renewables. 
 
(ii) Steady-state power system simulation on AC and DC power flow models. 

(iii) stochastic dynamic programming, optimal control, game theory, mechanism design, and their applications.

Applicants should demonstrate the ability to carry out high quality research leading to publications in top IEEE or INFORMS journals. Salaries and other benefits are highly competitive. In addition to research, interested applicants may have the opportunity to be involved in some teaching.
