Any concern or issue in this area ?姚威和 represented Malaysia to play against Singapore in Apr 2007, he should be considered to have Grade 1 or close to standard, but still joining Group B competition in May 2007 ...... I am not against him in any way, but may be
either one (Apr event or May event) should not put his name in.
Same rule applied, 范永康 should be allowed to play in Group A only .....
范永康 is having 香港棋手等級分2281.
if we exclude 姚威和 and 范永康 from Group B( i.e. to join Group A directly), we should have two more players promoted to Group A in 2007.
