Mr Deng of Kampong Glam just discussed with me on Wednesday on few activities including overseas visits and Pasir Ris Xiangqi Camp as we did in Mar 2003 (Page 11 of Bishan 5th Anniversary Special Edition). 棋儒 and 几度 in our 5th Anniversary Special Edition Editoral Board so they knew about the changes of priorities a few times. The Anniversary Special Edition was changed from 5th to 6th and back to 5th again, the schedule of other activities was changed too due to the moving of Bishan club house twice over a 6 months period and the three negative factors as mentioned in our Newsletter No. 28. If you check our planned schedule 9 months ago again below, you would notice a lot of changes .....
