共吸引了20名会员参加 .....
2007 年 11 月25日 开锣的内部个人赛，共吸引了20名会员参加，为了缩短赛期，比赛制度为一局分级循环，不过，任何一位参加者都可以在比赛中争夺冠军。这是和一般的分级赛不同的地方。
From the ruling, we have 4 groups of 4,6,6,4 players in Phase 1 :
Group A -- 4 players (3 rounds)
Group B -- 6 players (5 rounds)
Group C -- 6 players (5 rounds)
Group D -- 4 players (3 rounds)
In Phase 2 循环, Group A bottom 3 will form Group E together with Group B Top 3 but Phase 1 results will be carried forward to Group E.
Group F -- Group B bottom 3 and Group C Top 3, same rule applied as Group E.
Group G -- Group C bottom 3 and Group D Top 3, same rule applied as Group E.
1st in Group A and last in Group D will wait for Phase 3 games if any depending on the results of Phase 2.
Pairings for Round 1 ......
some bishan members wish to join internal activitiies only and not to represent for external competitions, so if possible, we will want to arrange internal competition yearly .... this is also a way to handle dual memberships if any.(Please refer to http://bbs.huasing.org/sForum/bbs.php?B=123_10946133)
