To have records of Xiangqi Activities in Singapore since 1994 .......i.e. the Singapore xiangqi records of past 15 years to show to all Asian countries on 20 Oct 2008 (less than 11 months from now), we have only about 8 to 9 months to get the draft ready, say by end Aug 2008. The contributions from all xiangqi clubs and xiangqi lovers in Singapore are the critical success factors for this task, of course, lead by SIXGA is a must.
