I talked about 以学业、事业、家庭、与健康为重。象棋只能当作一种兴趣与爱好。

Some xiangqi friends told me that as a xiangqi promotor, I should just talk about the skill upgrade, "if I have the same thinking, then keep on highlighting 以学业、事业、家庭、与健康为重 is not a good move."

新加坡小国寡民，在可预见的未来，象棋活动不可能成为一项专业（职业性）的运动，for any xiangqi lover, it is still better for you 以学业、事业、家庭、与健康为重。

Just to share my personal view here.

due to the limitation in Singapore.

Should we really want 新一代的年青棋手，以他作为榜样，享誉国际. May be we can have one more 郑海文 in future but at the same time if we end up with many many 年青棋手 having problem with their 学业与事业. Are we feeling happy ?

As mentioned, in this way, I am not a good xiangqi promotor. This is also one of the reasons for me to move away from the promotion areas slowly...... and thinking of future direction for me too.
