After discussion with 陈茂然, we agreed to have the following clarification ......
For the two players did not turn up for the first round, a manual pairing was done for them under Table 29 but such information did not included in the pairing information given to 华新悟入棋途网页和象总网页 resulted in only 28 boards, i.e. 56 players instead of 58 players for Group B Round 2。

For those who played at 2008 Bishan Cup on 1st & 2nd Mar 2008, you might recall that we took out the 4 absentees after Round 1 too.
So manual pairing is still needed to avoid more walk-over due to absentees.
