What is the top priority of Singapore Xiangqi ?

As one of the participants, 象总 also has quite a number of issues to handle, e.g. the selection of 少年棋手 for 亚洲象棋锦标赛, heard that both 1st positions of 2008 Char Yong Cup and 2008 Singapore Open Group B are not free due to Singapore “O” Level Exam.

Selection not done during Youth Competition?? Ideal players not free, therefore needed to vote!!! (Not first runner up , then second runner up and so on???)
Ermm… Maybe skill not good enough or other reasons….??? Therefore choosing power with the club!!! Competition not much use???

Furthermore, in any organisation, only members have the rights to query EXCO during AGMs or EGMs, others could provide views but the decisions are still in the hands of EXCO and AGMs/EGMs.

Yes!!! Normal members have the rights!! Ermm… but decisions not in the hands…. Rank not high enough… Maybe climb up slowly… So keep Quiet….
