what is the easiest way to inform all the schools regarding competitions ......

The organiser could consider to use the standard distribution list under the Civil Service or Ministry of Education Emailing System. Of course, the sender needs to access to the network, there are quite a number of standard distribution lists, e.g. all schools, all primary schools, all ..etc.

The worst situation is to type out the distribution list again if using personal mailing system or by posts.

I have explained and shared the method with SIXGA again. (Previously shared with SIXGA, the concern is more on how to get a sender within the emailing network, should be able to get a sender this time.)

I believe SIXGA will use a better communication system for future competitions for schools.
