The EXCO has decided to keep to 2 years for the current term. The meeting on coming Saturday will discuss future activities until end Jun 2010 before handing over the duties to 5th term EXCO.
The priorities will be given to the following 3 activities :

未来一年碧山会员的活动 .......
We plan to have 碧山会员赛 during 2010 华族文化节(tentatively on 6 and 7 Mar 2010), we are considering to introduce the combination of 双败淘汰赛 and 淘汰赛 for 16 to 32 members so that each member can play minimum of 4 to 5 games and maximum of 10 to 11 games. The usual year end period is reserved for the second time of 2009 象总全国个人赛 (无级). Another alternative is to have the usual yearly internal competition from 12 Noon to 2pm on those free Saturdays for members using the existing method (each member can play minimum of 4 to 5 games and average of 7 to 8 games), and to pick the Top 8 as seeded players for 华族文化节碧山会员赛 later if they are free to participate, we may consider to include residents as a community event, need to settle the funding issue within the next three months.
